Our Pharmacy Leader reports to the Vice President of Care Services and is a working leader that manages a small, close team of 3 Pharmacists (leader is one of the 3) and 2 Pharmacy Techs. In this small 50 bed hospital settings with 3 urgent care facilities and 25,000
ER visits annually, you will have exposure to all levels of leadership and decision making and be an integral part of our hospital family and our community.
In addition to managing staff, this position will establish, in conjunction with Administration and Medical Staff, policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for the provision of services; evaluate performance and maintain quality assurance and coordinate with other departments to provide maximum level of services to patients and hospital staff.
## Qualifications
Our ideal candidate for this role possesses the following:
Bachelors Degree (Phar.D.)in Pharmacy and is currently licensed, or able to attain a license, in the state of Wisconsin.
3
years of experience as a registered Pharmacist in a hospital setting.
Demonstrated success developing strong relationships and partnering with Nursing, Physicians, etc.
Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
