Job Description
1. Determine day to day and long term schedule changes that are necessary to improve efficiency and meet customer expectations. Coordinate scheduling and crewing requirements with involved departments (i.e., prepress, press, finishing, mfg. services and customer service.)
2. Produce daily schedule reports. Analyze data and communicate changes to meet customer expectations.
3. Develop short term schedules that will most efficiently satisfy customer requirements while maximizing equipment utilization and sales revenues.
4. Plan and direct daily scheduling meetings to communicate status of work in process, proactively maximize efficiencies of upcoming work and minimize spoilage and rework.
5. Gather information from customer service and production to arrange for alternative scheduling in response to changing customer need and/or internal difficulties. Assure understanding and coordination to all departments for all scheduling requirements and work flows.
6. Plan and coordinate distribution of production schedules and updates as appropriate.
7. Participate in maintaining a philosophy and commitment to continuous improvement while supporting and providing leadership to meet company goals and objectives.
8. Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills
OTJ-MAN
Must possess strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Required Experience
Minimum of three (3) years administrative or support experience within a manufacturing setting. Printing industry experience is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
