TheOperations Manufacturing Engineer will provide Manufacturing and Industrial engineering processing and support for specified for the Injection Molding department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead cost reduction projects for specified plant.
Purchase capital equipment
Provide technical support to plants for mold processing and improvement.
Ensure the efficient and high quality production of all parts produced.
Assist in quoting new custom and proprietary business.
Administer the ECR program, insuring proper documentation, approvals and action.
Manage special projects from supervisor and manage/oversee subcontractors
Support engineering department
Other Engineering projects as directed by the Operations Managers.
Required Skills
Applicant with a BS in plastics, ME or IE is desired. Candidates with equivalent business will be considered. PC literacy required. Master Molder or versed in Scientific Molding.
Proven problem solving capabilities.
Able to communicate effectively with people in various levels of the organization.
Required Experience
Qualified candidates will have two plus years of experience in processing injection-molding tools. Based on experience, candidate should have the knowledge of and be capable of start up and fine tuning the injection mold process; familiar with PP, crystal styrene, HIPS, hot runner molds and more. Press experience from 150 ton to 700-ton machines desireable. Exposure to robotics applications or concepts, workstation layout and methods engineering. Secondary operations a plus, such as hot stamping, pad printing, sonic welding.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
