Pultrusion Operator - Day & Night Shifts

Razor Composites, a growing manufacturing company in Baraboo, WI is looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our manufacturing operation in Machine Operator positions.

Day and Night shift positions available
3 days/week 12 hour shifts with alternating weekend schedules (overtime may be offered or required)

Job Functions:
Operate manufacturing equipment to produce quality product according to standard procedures
Perform set up and tear down functions on assigned lines
Inspect finished product against quality expectations and package for shipment
Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safety regulations
Communicate effectively with leads, engineers, and other employees

Qualifications:
Able to stand and walk for most of a 12 hour shift
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently
Excellent attendance record and a strong commitment to being at work for every scheduled shift
Must have strong basic math skills, including the ability to convert fractions and decimals and determine which measurements fall within a tolerance range
Ability to quickly and accurately read a tape measure
Prefer a working knowledge of other measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, as well as experience working within tight tolerances
Must be able to read and understand written work instructions in English
Good teamwork skills and initiative to take action when work needs to be done
Previous manufacturing or machine operation skills a plus but not required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
